We want you to be happy with our products. If the product you have received from us is not what you want, doesn't work, or is in any other way defective, then please return to us within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund you the price you paid for the product. Note that we can only take returns of products bought directly from us on thehosebag.com.au. If you bought a product from elsewhere, you need to return to that original seller.
You need to contact us to confirm we will be able to offer a refund before returning the product. Once we have received the parcel back safely and in good condition, we will process a refund.
For items that you return to us that are defective or incorrect, we will refund you the price you paid for the product plus the actual shipping costs originally charged. If you are only returning one product from a multiple order, we will refund you the appropriate single item shipping charge. Where the items were shipped under a free shipping offer, there will be no shipping refund.
Items that you have decided you don.t want but are not defective or incorrect, we will refund the value of the item and not any shipping costs you might have paid. In both cases we will not refund shipping and handling costs that you incur in shipping the product/s back to us.
You can expect to receive a refund from us for authorised and accepted returns 7 to 14 working days from receipt of the returned goods.
The Hose Bag Company offers you three payment methods.
Select Cheque and you will be given a name and address to send to at the end of the checkout process. Once the cheque has been cleared, we will post the product/s to you.
Select Direct Debit and you will be given the Account details to transfer money to at the end of the checkout process. Once the money has arrived in our account we will immediately post the product/s to you.
Selecting Paypal will enable you to pay by Credit Card or through your Paypal account if you have one. You do not need a paypal account to use this payment option. When you arrive at the Paypal website you will have the option to pay by Credit Card, just as you would any other Credit Card Merchant.
The Hose Bag Company charges a $10 fee for postage and handling of items up to 3kg.
